Key Responsibilities

+ Lead a team of 3–4 data engineers focused on delivering data products aligned to a specific Product Service Line (PSL) + Own project planning, task assignment, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality data assets + Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and help grow their technical and professional skills + Partner with Product Managers to understand business goals, define data requirements, and prioritize work + Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the product team + Design, build, and optimize modern ETL pipelines using Azure cloud technologies + Implement data ingestion, curation, cataloging, and transformation workflows using PySpark, Python, and SQL + Leverage Databricks for scalable data processing and advanced analytics + Conduct exploratory data analysis and create compelling visualizations to draw insights and support decision-making + Ensure the quality, discoverability, and reusability of datasets across the organization + Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for both internal and external stakeholders + Stay up to date with emerging cloud data technologies and recommend improvements to the current data stack + Influence architectural decisions and contribute to long-term data platform strategy
