Job Summary

The Data Processing and Reporting Lead will collect, process, and analyze data from field pipeline survey crews. This role will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting to customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Using software (PCS, Survey Manager), build daily reports and Graphs for each project.

· Ensure accuracy and completeness of data through rigorous quality checks and validation processes.

· Collaborate with customers to ensure proper reporting processes are followed

· Utilize advanced computer skills to manage and process large datasets efficiently.

· Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

· Continuously improving data processing and reporting methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in data processing, analysis, and report building.

· Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data management software and report writing.

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

· Ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.

· Excellent communication skills to present data findings clearly and concisely.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Solid computer experience utilizing software to manipulate data and build reports.

· Experience working with large amounts of electronic data.

· Familiarity with pipeline cathodic protection industry is a plus.

· Knowledge of CIS (Close Interval Survey) data standards and practices is a plus
