Project Lead - Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled civil engineer with experience in site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects. This candidate will plan, develop, and direct engineering projects of varying size and complexity. They must earn client trust through effective, practical, and timely solutions and demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a strong technical understanding of engineering systems, materials, and procedures.

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Demonstrate leadership skills and develop strong client relationships.

Manage project budgets and profitability awareness.

Apply knowledge of U.S. and local design codes and standards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus). – Will consider other disciplines too

Colorado PE license or eligibility to obtain by comity. – Will consider candidates without the license but should be willing/eligible to obtain one

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Civil 3D is a plus. (Autodesk Civil 3D)
