What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers

- Architect and deliver scalable data pipelines and data platforms

- Develop hands-on solutions using Python, SQL, and Scala

- Work with modern cloud technologies including Snowflake and AWS S3

- Drive adoption of data governance, quality, and security best practices

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of professional data engineering experience

- Strong technical expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms

- Experience with GxP processes in life sciences or regulated industries

- Strong leadership and communication skills
