Qualities for data coordinator are proactive and organized with the ability to understand regulatory permit language, manage technical data, coordinate with both field personnel and office managers, and maintain deadlines. This position is an important first line of defense to ensure that we are maintaining compliance with our permits and environmental regulations.
Job Description:
•
Support the management of multiple air permits for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities.
•
Verify compliance with air permit conditions for multiple oil and gas facilities.
•
Coordinate with field personnel at oil and gas facilities to verify compliance and data completeness.
•
Coordinate with Responsible Officials to sign submittal documents.
•
Develop, coordinate internal review, and submit timely air compliance reports to ADEC and EPA including Excess Emissions and Permit Deviation Reports, Facility Operating Reports (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual), Annual Compliance Certification reports, Emission Inventory Reports, Assessable Emissions reports, Triennial Emission Inventory Reports, and Greenhouse Gas Reports
•
Prepare and submit Information Request responses to ADEC and EPA
•
Prepare and submit Off-Permit Change Notices to ADEC
•
Assist in the entry and management of emission data in tracking spreadsheets and Information Management software.
•
Create and maintain air reporting and compliance tracking spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
•
2 years’ experience.
•
Science/Engineering Degree
