As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the key liaison between Shift and our residential and commercial clients — ensuring their journey from contract to completion is smooth, well-communicated, and aligned with our high standards. You'll coordinate across internal teams to solve issues, manage expectations, and keep customers informed at every step.
