What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:
•Process customer payments, balance cash receipts, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
•Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in person regarding billing, service issues, and general inquiries.
•Guide customers through service applications, transfers, and terminations, ensuring adherence to PA PUC regulations.
•Prepare and manage documentation for new service, ownership transfers, complaints, and more.
•Assist customers with payment agreements and collections on delinquent accounts following company policies.
•Schedule service connections and disconnections, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
•Resolve basic customer issues and provide accurate account information.
•Support other team members as needed and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
•An Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or at least five years of customer service experience.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are highly preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Internet Explorer.
•The ability to learn and apply knowledge of PA PUC regulations and the company’s tariff.
•A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
