Duties
•Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
•Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
•Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
•·Smile and greet customers in a friendly manner as they enter the store. Provide a fast, friendly and enjoyable experience for all customers. Respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. Engage each customer genuinely and thank them for their business.
•Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
•Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Skills
•Experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred.
•Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
•Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping and data entry.
•Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
•Sales experience is beneficial for promoting products effectively.
