Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.

- Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing.

- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution.

- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash register operations.

- Communicate product knowledge effectively to assist customers in making informed decisions.

- Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed.

- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.

Requirements

- Previous experience in shell gas station is an asset

- Must have own reliable transportation to commute.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Ability to sell products effectively while demonstrating upselling techniques.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.

- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

- Willingness to learn about products and services offered by the company.
