Customer Satisfaction Representative

We are looking for a Customer Satisfaction Representative for a 3-month contract, a key contact for our internal and external clients. With a smile in your voice, you will be responsible for providing quality services in addition to creating and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

- Enter orders and respond to special requests;

- Collaborate with various departments and proactively follow up;

- Act as a point of contact for the sales team, with whom you will work closely;

- Provide exceptional customer service!

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Training in sales, customer service, or another relevant field;

- Experience in a similar position;

- Excellent command of English;

- Proficiency in the Office suite;

- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills;

- Knowledge of Spanish (an asset).
