Deep Well Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodial Technician to join our team. Inthis role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of cleaning and sanitation tasks across office buildings, shop areas, and common facilities. Primary Responsibilities
•Clean and sanitize office buildings, shop areas, break rooms, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, and conference rooms
•Empty shared and individual garbage cans daily
•Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, or vacuum floors and staircases as needed
•Scrub, sanitize, and restock all restroom facilities
•Dust walls, furniture, equipment, and surfaces
•Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors using appropriate cleaning products
•Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and re-order as needed
•Report property damage, needed repairs, or safety concerns to management
•Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned by the Building and Maintenance Technician
Required Skills & Qualifications
•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
•1–3 years of verifiable custodial, janitorial, or related work experience
•Basic mechanical skills to assist in shop area maintenance as needed
•Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
