CSA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CSA Engineer to join our team. The CSA Engineer will be responsible for the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of our nuclear projects. This role involves designing, developing, and overseeing the construction of infrastructure and buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Design and develop civil, structural, and architectural systems for nuclear facilities.

- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction plans.

- Conduct structural analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity and stability of buildings and structures.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate CSA systems with overall project designs.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations, including NRC requirements.

- Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.

- Identify and resolve CSA design issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Stay updated on advancements in civil, structural, and architectural engineering to incorporate best practices into designs.

- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation.

Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSA engineering, preferably in the nuclear or power generation industry.

- Strong knowledge of CSA design principles, codes, and standards.

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

Estimated Starting Salary Range

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $121,000 - $143,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
