Junior Civil Engineer

- Assisting with design and calculations: Junior civil engineers needed to help with the design and analysis of various civil engineering projects, such as buildings, or water systems

- Drafting and CAD work:

- Create and modify engineering drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software like AutoCAD Civil 3D.

- Project support:

- Assist with project management tasks, including preparing reports, organizing documents, and communicating with team members.

- Knowledge of DC Water and DOEE guidelines and regulations

- Field work:

- Depending on the project, may participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections. Collaboration:

- Work closely with senior engineers, other team members (architects, surveyors), and sometimes clients or government agencies.

- Education:

- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $66,812.64 - $80,462.53 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
