As a crew member, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

•

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks according to established recipes.

•

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the seating areas.

•

Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems.

•

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

•

Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service.

•

Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels.

•

Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Experience

•

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.

•

Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.

•

Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.

•

Experience with coffee preparation or knowledge of different brewing methods is a plus.

•

Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively.

•

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
