Our Credit Representatives are responsible for overseeing accounts receivable for a group of customers, minimizing bad debt/outstanding balances, and promoting positive customer relations. If you are detail-oriented and have strong communication skills, this is the role for you! In this role, you will interact daily with customers to problem solve and reconcile accounts, work closely with our Sales team to resolve any issues, as well as working with the Accounts Receivable team to apply cash properly. You will ensure the timely collection of accounts receivable and manage the aging of assigned accounts receivable portfolio. You will also be responsible for tracking past due customers, preparing monthly reports and matrix to track trends within your portfolio, handling correspondence as necessary, and fulfilling other duties as required. The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, with the possibility of some overtime from time to time.
