In support of this mission, we are seeking a motivated, self-starter with an inquisitive nature who can support us in reviewing operational analytics.

What You’ll Do:

•

Review costs and margins on completed jobs and research any variances or abnormalities. After research, will highlight issues to Management and document the root cause of the variances.

•

Serve as the subject matter expert on how Project revenue and costs are booked in the Accounting system and reflected in Power BI reports and internal financial reports.

•

Will support Executive Management and Senior Leadership with regular and adhoc reports and analysis.

•

Will work with Accounting in establishing overhead burdens and applying overhead burden to each job to determine actual net income at the job level.

Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Data Analysis.

•

Prior experience in project accounting, cost accounting or general ledger accounting is preferred.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate abnormalities with data analytics and transactional review.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•

Willingness and ability to grow into a team leadership role.
