Job Title: Cost Accounting Clerk
Location: Chino, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Compensation: $32 – $35 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accounting Clerk to support accurate cost tracking and pricing in a manufacturing environment. This role is critical in providing precise cost data and reports to the CFO and other departments, ensuring profitability and informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide comprehensive costing and pricing information to the CFO across all production areas.
•Research and verify actual labor and material costs for parts and equipment to ensure costing accuracy.
•Prepare and deliver variance reports, cost analysis summaries, and other related documentation.
•Collect and analyze labor data to produce labor cost reports.
•Support Customer Service and Sales teams with accurate cost data and pricing guidance.
•Develop and maintain a pricing matrix for standard products and services.
•Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve cost-related discrepancies or issues.
Qualifications:
•Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Proven technical skills in cost analysis.
•Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
•Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
•Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
