The Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the Company’s corporate development plan. The Development Analyst leads the Company’s efforts to integrate development planning and operational execution between the upstream and midstream businesses.
- Oversee the development, maintenance and optimization of the Company’s master development schedule and project plans for the upstream’s business
- Work alongside finance to develop estimates for the current year’s operation and land budgets
- Create internal processes to coordinate current and future development plans across all upstream and midstream departments, minimizing near-term changes for the operating departments
- Function as an information source to various company departments when development planning issues occur
- Establish effective communication channels and collaborative relationships with various disciplines and their key stakeholders
- Actively seek broad input and provide well thought out recommendations that are business driven, pragmatic and accepted by subject matter experts
- Other facets of communication and technical responsibilities include the receipt of data analysis requests, evaluation of applicable subject matter and the delivery of high-quality reports utilized for internal and external communication
- Other duties and special projects as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of previous industry experience preferred- Good communication skills
- Capable of delivering results through influence and without formal authority
- Attention to detail, data analysis and problem solving
- Planning and organizing significant amounts of information accurately and efficiently
Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a desk, ability to bend over and reach above head, ability to lift under 15 pounds, ability to view computer screen for extended periods of time, and ability to type on a keyboard.
