The Victoria Inventory Coordinator position manages inventory materials at the Victoria Warehouse facility as well as assisting with the management of inventory materials at various remote warehouse locations across multiple counties. The position is responsible for maintaining the critical spare parts levels at these locations. This requires dealing directly with Operations personnel and vendors to coordinate repairs to repairable parts and requisitioning new parts when repairing a part is not an option. The position manages capital project materials staging, tasks associated with logistics and provides shipping, receiving and expediting support to Procurement and Engineering staff as required. Evaluates incoming and outgoing materials, validates related material documentation (MTRs, cert, etc.) and builds supporting documentation files.
