Position Summary

The Maintenance and Calibration Technician will work under the direction of their Manager in a support role for the manufacturing and test floor. The Controls Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks that includes maintaining, repairing, and optimizing the automation solutions of mechanical products, machinery, equipment, and the facility, as needed. The ability to communicate and work effectively and cooperatively with operators, engineers, and management is critical. The Controls Technician plays an integral part in achieving Operational Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong electro-mechanical background and be well versed in PLC logic and programing. Additionally, the candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Modbus Protocol + PLC Programming – Ladder Logic, Functional Block Diagram, Sequential Flow Charts + Schneider automation suite (Citect, Vijeo, Unity, Modicon, etc) + Allen Bradley (RS Logix, Factory Talk, etc) + Data management + C or C++ + HMI/SCADA Programming + VB Scripting + Microsoft Office suite

This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis

Pay Rate:

$31.80 - $46.10
