Customer Support

Itron is seeking a Contract - Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team! Network, device, and system support however you want it—all from a team with a 95% Customer Loyalty Index score. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our team, working directly with customers to provide advanced troubleshooting, support, and guidance on Itron's innovative products and solutions. This role ensures customer satisfaction and success by solving complex technical challenges and enhancing product performance.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location. The hourly rate for this location is: $46.15-$84.13.
