Responsible for reviewing and administering a wide range of supply chain and procurement contracts, including service agreements, consulting contracts, software licenses, and equipment rentals. Collaborates with Legal and Insurance teams to negotiate vendor terms, manage language changes, and ensure compliance with internal approval processes. Skilled in analyzing complex contract terms such as warranty, indemnity, liability, insurance, and confidentiality. Supports corporate and plant stakeholders from contract initiation through completion, responding to requests efficiently—even under pressure. Manages contract files and databases, drafts amendments, tracks deadlines, ensures compliance, and prepares documentation for audits. Participates in acquisition/divestiture activities and oversees Statements of Work and contracts tied to IST and Administrative Services.

- Resolve advanced contractual and operational issues using wide-ranging technical expertise and independent judgment.
- Operate at a high level across multiple functional areas, serving as an advanced contributor to cross-disciplinary efforts.
- Make informed decisions on complex and often ambiguous matters related to contract execution, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Recommend improvements to contract processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce exposure.
- Lead research into external innovations and industry best practices, identifying opportunities to improve internal systems and services.
- Manage and contribute to complex projects, determining appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
- Define procedures for new assignments and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Serve as a project or technical lead on medium to large-scale initiatives, coordinating efforts across departments and external stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members on technical skills, contract procedures, and compliance standards to build internal capability.
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in contract management and/or administration, or equivalent education.
- Previous knowledge of various supply chain/procurement contracts required.
- Experience with Industrial and Services Contracts a PLUS
