We are seeking multiple Consultants to join our Services team to support clients, client programs, and the development of our AI products. As a Lumio Consultant, you will work closely with the Founder team across a range of client and product activities. You will be involved in direct client engagements but also internal collaborations. The role is intentionally general, as you will be a key contributor for an early stages startup and you will have the opportunity to wear many hats. As Lumio matures and the team grows, we expect you will have opportunities to identify areas of strength and growth and specialize in aspects of the role that create pathways for fulfillment and success. You will work right at the front of the industry changes that GenAI will be heralding for law firms and professional services.
- Plan and deliver market-leading services programs for top law firm clients
- The programs involve substantial in-person collaboration, facilitation, and coordination for law firm partners
- Manage vendors and channel partner relationships
- Client interviews, analysis, and readout sessions
- Acquire expertise and ultimately own creation of defined deliverables for client engagements
- Present and facilitate client discussions related to Lumio work product
- Collaborate with Insights and Analytics team on product uses cases
- Participate in product training and testing
- Conduct client success exercises for product refinement
- Professional services experience required. Law firm experience preferred
- 5+ years in consulting, business development, or service provision within law firms- Strong grasp of professional services business models
- Structured thinker, proactive communicator, coachable
- Fluent in the logic of law firm economics, client buying behavior, and partner psychology
- Office 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams), SharePoint, Power BI; familiarity with legal industry data vendors a major plus
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, with a strong bias for action and problem-solving
- High emotional intelligence, anticipating needs and navigating interpersonal dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
- Experience managing relationships with senior leaders, customers, or investors
