We are seeking a skilled Only Ground Up Residential Townhouse Experienced Superintendent with Micro Management Experiences & Resources to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, construction site supervision, and utilizing construction management software.
- Coordinate and oversee all construction projects from start to completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Prepare and review project estimates, bids, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Preferably Associate/Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction management, project coordination, and scheduling
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of reading schematics and blueprints
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
