The Construction Runner reports directly to the Residential Construction Outside Production Manager and is charged with assuring that all projects assigned by the RC Outside Production Manager meet customer and stakeholder specifications. They also assist with ensuring proper safety procedures are followed. Additional tasks related to production may be assigned, however, the Construction Runner will primarily receive direction from the RC Project Manager. The Construction Runner will comply with any instructions given by the Residential Construction Project Manager. Additionally, they will assist with the reporting and clerical work related to completed jobs. This position will require travel to various local locations where jobs are being completed.
