About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the coordination, planning, and execution of a 30-unit multifamily condominium project in Hallandale Beach. The project is advancing into roofing and specialty trade phases. This role is critical in driving the project to completion on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with design specifications. Proficiency in Procore project management software and familiarity with CAD drawings are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the project from current phase through closeout

•

Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations

•

Update project schedules, budgets, and status reports using Procore

•

Handle RFI, submittal, and change order processes through Procore

•

Review and interpret CAD drawings and project plans to ensure construction aligns with design intent

•

Collaborate closely with field Superintendent to monitor site activities and enforce safety compliance

•

Coordinate inspections, resolve field issues, and oversee punch list and final turnover activities

•

Communicate project milestones and risks clearly to ownership, architects, and consultants

•

Ensure compliance with all contract documents, local codes, and permitting requirements

Qualifications:

•

3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on multifamily or condo construction projects

•

Strong knowledge of construction phases, with an emphasis on roofing, MEP systems, and finishes

•

Proficient in Procore and experienced in managing construction documentation digitally

•

Ability to read and work with CAD drawings and technical plans

•

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

•

Strong financial acumen related to budgeting, contracts, and change management

•

Local to Hallandale Beach area or willing to commute daily
