Join the team at Pike Electric and take the lead on impactful utility distribution projects. We’re seeking a Project Manager with experience in estimating, scheduling, procurement, and execution of master service agreements and site-specific construction work.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery while fostering strong client relationships and keeping our field teams aligned and informed.
What You’ll Do:
•Manage distribution projects and MSAs from start to finish
•Handle client communications, contracts, scope changes, and progress meetings
•Coordinate subcontractors, material procurement, and budgets
•Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and invoicing
•Contribute to estimates, proposals, and risk management plans
•Support storm restoration and emergency response events
What You Bring:
•Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred)
•2+ years of experience in utility construction project management
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project or Primavera a plus
•Ability to lead, negotiate, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
•Understanding of various contract pricing mechanisms (T&M, Fixed Price, Cost Plus)
