Position Summary

This position requires travel up to 80% of the time to job sites with overnight stays, though employees typically return home on weekends.

We’re hiring a Construction Operator with a Class A CDL to support our EV infrastructure projects throughout Missouri and surrounding areas. This role involves operating construction equipment, hauling materials, and assisting with infrastructure installation. Key Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment (such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and related machinery) for site preparation and installation work

- Perform construction tasks including concrete, trenching, and site grading

- Transport equipment and materials to job sites using company trucks (Class A CDL required)

- Assist with installation of EV charging stations and related infrastructure

- Maintain and perform basic equipment checks to ensure safe operation

- Follow all safety standards and job site procedures

- Travel to various job sites (typically home on weekends)

Qualifications

- Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record

- Proven experience operating construction equipment (skid steers, excavators, etc.)

- General construction experience, including concrete and site work

- Willingness to travel and work in varying weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed

- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to follow project instructions

- Electrical infrastructure experience is a plus
