Position Overview:

This position is responsible for assisting Project Managers in preparing, organizing, executing, and controlling construction contracts to meet company objectives regarding safety, cost and quality. The Assistant Project Manager will assist one or more Project Managers depending on the size and complexity of the projects.

Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

The job will include the following duties ( but is not limited to)

* Gather job information and complete start - up .

*EXTREMELY ORGANIZED

*Navigate a computer with ease. Utilize Windows server to start/ save job information

* Communicate with customers time and availability as well as billing information

* Discuss and communicate any job site restrictions

* Drive company vehicle as necessary for various tasks ( mailing, bank, etc)

* Assist the owner with daily phone calls / administrative tasks

* Prepare submittals

* Maintain office supply list and re- orders

* Assemble Operation and Maintenance manuals

* Log man hours

* Prepare closeouts

*Performs other clerical duties as needed such as filing, photocopying, etc.

*Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus but not required.

*Computer knowledge is a MUST Word, Excel, Gmail
