Position Overview
We’re looking for a Construction Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of capital projects within our organization. Reporting to the Construction Services Manager, with a dotted line relationship to the AMI Project Manager ( Advanced Metering Infrastructure ), this role is responsible for overseeing construction activities, contractor oversight and contract administration, while coordinating key resources, and providing clear direction to meet the project goals. The ideal candidate will ensure strong collaboration with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and timely execution.

In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
