We’re hiring a Construction Labourer to support the field-level scope of CSCL projects and help deliver safe, profitable work with Service at Our Core. In this role, you’ll complete hands-on tasks related to the installation, energization, and maintenance of cathodic protection systems; perform over-the-line depth-of-cover, close-interval cathodic protection, and voltage-gradient/coating surveys; and assist with field testing for AC mitigation projects. You’ll keep your assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment in top working order and complete specific project task objectives to standard and on schedule.
You’ll also handle essential operations administration: following Corrosion Service and client HSE procedures and policies, submitting required reporting to Team Leads/Project Engineers, and completing timesheets and expenses promptly to keep project costs accurate. You’ll follow inventory removal/addition procedures to maintain precise counts and contribute to the profitable delivery of our products and services in the field.
Safety is non-negotiable. You’ll attend monthly safety meetings, follow emergency response procedures, and complete field HSE documentation (inspections, checklists, FLRA, VIR, OBS, etc.), actively contributing to a strong safety culture. As part of a professional, supportive team, you’ll complete tasks to our Quality Management System and model a positive code of conduct.
