Construction Laborer/Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

- Loading materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck for each assignment.

- Safely driving the company truck and supporting the crew.

- Executing projects using approved, high-quality methods.

- Unloading and cleaning the truck upon return.

- Delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Construction Laborer/Driver Requirements:

- Must hold a clean driving record and driver's license from the state of TN; individuals 21 years of age or older preferred (for insurance purposes).

- Ability to report to Joelton, TN, for work daily.

- Prior construction experience preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability for unrestricted lifting.

- Proficiency in climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling.

- Willingness to work overtime as required.
