Haas Development & Construction is seeking a skilled, residential Construction Laborer to join our construction team. Projects include residential remodels, kitchens, house builds and additions. Lots of upward mobility and job security. We are a rapidly growing company and are looking for someone that wants to be here for the long haul.

The Construction Laborer works closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents and Lead Carpenter.

In this role you will be responsible for:

•

Loading and unloading material, tools and equipment

•

Moving and lifting building supplies

•

Handling material, tools and supplies for crew, site superintendent and project manager

•

Keeping job site clean and organized

•

Following all company safety requirements

•

Working as a team to get the job done

•

Working closely with Lead Carpenter and/or Site Superintendent

•

Problem solving, strategizing and providing team support

•

Maintaining timely & effective communication between team & clients

Skills/Qualifications:

•

Positive attitude (self-starter/ motivated) and ability to work on a team

•

Experience working in construction industry a plus

•

Strong customer service and teamwork skills

•

Great communication skills

•

High personal integrity and responsibility

•

Strong leadership abilities

•

Valid driver's license and ability to submit driving abstract

Physical Requirements:

•

Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment

•

Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for up to 8+ hours

•

Ability to lift 50 pounds

•

Ability to pick-up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted

•

Work outside in all weather conditions

•

Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 8+ hours per day

•

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
