Construction Laborer

New Leaf Homes is currently seeking a candidate to join our team as a Construction Laborer for summer 2025. This position will assist with our new home construction job sites. Candidates should be motivated, organized and eager to learn within the new home & remodeling construction industry. This position will report to our Construction Field Expeditor and work alongside our assistant expeditors during the busy summer season, but for the right person, we may be able to provide a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Assist expeditors in the field.

Perform construction tasks for new homes and remodeling.

Pick up, delivery and return of construction materials.

Ensure job site cleanliness & safety.

Standard 40 hour work week, with flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

21+ years old (Required by Insurance)

Valid Drivers License with a good driving record.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Interact professionally and effectively with co-workers and sub-contractors.

Construction experience or willingness to learn the industry.

Must be able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented setting.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
