Shed construction team leader wanted at SquareShed! Looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, team leader for our new Mooresville location starting this summer.

About us

SquareShed is a leading on-site shed builder, and we recently opened a new location based in Mooresville! We build sheds, and we build them all on site.

We provide a high quality product with an even better customer experience, working all throughout Charlotte and the Lake Norman area. Our team is small but growing, and we are looking for motivated individuals to help take our business to the next level.

SquareShed is looking to add a driven, motivated shed builder and team leader to our construction team this summer and beyond.

Responsibilities:

•

Lead a 2-3 person crew in on-site shed construction.

•

Communicate directly with customers on site, when needed.

•

Pull our company trailer to and from the jobsites.

•

Utilize carpentry tools and equipment to build custom sheds.

•

Cut lumber, frame walls, install siding/windows/doors, and install shingles.

•

Carry and haul materials to and from the build site.

•

Ensure cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the construction process.

•

Collaborate with team members to make sure projects are finished in a timely manner.

Requirements:

•

Construction experience is definitely preferred but not required; training will be provided directly with the owner.

•

Experience leading or managing a team is preferred (even informally).

•

Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.

•

Must show up on time, communicate well, work hard, and be open to learning.

•

Capable of bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 75 lbs.

•

Comfortable using power tools and working with hands.

•

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

•

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

•

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with other builders.

Schedule:

•

Weekdays, 4-5 days per week, semi-flexible scheduling.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $24 - $26 per hour, DOE

Expected Hours: 30-45 per week, schedule varies
