Construction Coordinator

Potelco, Inc. seeks a great Construction Coordinator to join the team at our company in Sumner, WA, working both in the office and the field.

The Construction Coordinator position incorporates project management and related field construction experience into a single position that is intended to assist the Street Light department with maintaining our construction schedule and metric based work.

The pay range for this role is $28.00-$38.00/hr based on experience.

What You'll Do:

- Accepting new business job packets.

- Fulfilling host utility tasks in SAP.

- Billing for jobs.

- Pre-viewing construction projects, coordination with customer and working closely with the crew resource assigned to the project.

- Communicate the job readiness with all stake holders, PM, the end customer, the scheduler, and other base personnel.

- Identify changes in work scope, track cost for reimbursement, submit field change requests and provide updates for revenue purposes.

- Work closely with the Base Manager in addressing crew related matters.

- Requires an ability to multi-task and oversee multiple jobs in construction at the same time

- Ability to communicate with technical and non- technical individuals on cost and construction

- Knowledge of host utility construction standards.

- Adept at tracking material and coordinating with stores on material procurement to ensure the correct material is available for scheduled job.

- Ability to pre-unitize job based on print provided by PSE and scheduled work.

- Administrative functions and other tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring:

- Well versed in computer applications such as SAP and can demonstrate an understanding for accounting.

- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals on construction

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $28.00/Hr. - USD $38.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications. Equal Opportunity Employer:
