Concrete Production Openings

Have you worked with rebar and fabrication within the concrete business?

If yes, we wish to hear from you. Our position is also looking for individuals with good attendance records, comfortable working with their hands and doing physical work.

Hours: Shifts start at either 6 a.m. or 7a.m. M-F. Work till concrete sets which ideally is around 3:30 pm or will roll into overtime. Occasional overtime on Saturdays

Salary: $18.00 with + $1/hr increase after 90 days with good attendance

Bonus eligibility of additional $3/hr increasing your rate to $21/hr when you have perfect attendance for the week. After 90 days becomes $22/hr. Available first week of employment if meet requirements

Duties for Concrete Production and Pouring

- Mix and pour concrete into prepared forms

- Assist with removing product from molds/forms

- This position will support the Rebar team

- This position will assist with fabrication as needed

- Clean and oil all forms

- Maintain and utilize the forms properly

- Perform daily work area clean up

- Good attendance and dependability

Essential Functions:

- Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying (up to seventy-five (75) pounds comfortably).

- GED or High School Diploma preferred, on-the-job training provided

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
