As Commodity Optimization Representative III/Sr., you will enhance the commodity value at Williams' facilities and set the course of action to optimize the margin value during short- and long-term time frames. The abilities to communicate, advise and coordinate the actions of business partners and think strategically are keys to success!

Commodity Optimization Rep Sr.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

- Performs economic analysis of existing and proposed contracts to evaluate bottom-line impact

- Provides marketing intelligence to management and other internal partners

- Engages in seeking new business opportunities that provide opportunity for improving plant netback values

- Implements and supervises processes and procedures

- Collaborates with business partners on input vital to understanding economic market influence

- Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

- Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven (7) years' experience in energy industry, commodity marketing, and/or optimization

- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of nine (9) years' experience in energy industry, commodity marketing, and/or optimization

Other Requirements:

- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills, with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint

- Demonstrates ability to learn system applications

- Demonstrates ability to learn economic and finance concepts
