Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Service Reception Clerk will be responsible for creating service entry sheets for approval. He will work a hybrid 5-2 schedule, teleworking and at the Montreal office.
- Edit service entry sheets in SAP. Data entry;
- Generate reports on entry sheets that have been prepared but not yet approves;
- Follow up with service sheet approvers;
- Make sure to maintain good communication with the purchasing and accounting departments;
- Ensure that recorded information is accurate and complete, and fix any mistakes;
- Perform general office tasks;
- Ensure compliance with accounting and financial rules and policies;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Receive, review, and record service notices;
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures;
- Perform any other related tasks that are relevant to the project’s success.
- Hold a vocational diploma in secretarial studies or office automation, or any other related field;
- 2-3 years of experience working in an administrative position;
- Bilingual, will be required to deal with English-speaking suppliers.
- Poficiency with computer technology;
- Ability to handle large volumes of data entry;
- Be aware of the company’s proper processes and procedures;
- Experience with integrated ERP software, including SAP;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Organized

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- Problem-solving skills.
