Role Overview

The Commercial Graduate role is part of Subsea7’s two-year Graduate Development Program, designed to build a strong foundation in commercial operations through structured rotations across four key disciplines:

- Supply Chain Management

- Project Controls

- Sales & Marketing

- Cost Control

This rotational program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and training to prepare graduates for future leadership roles within Subsea7’s commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

During each rotation, you will:

Supply Chain

- Support procurement and subcontracting activities.

- Assist in supplier evaluation and contract negotiations.

- Contribute to sourcing strategies and supplier performance reviews.

Project Controls

- Participate in planning, scheduling, and progress measurement.

- Support risk and change management processes.

- Assist in project reporting and performance analysis.

Sales & Marketing

- Support tendering and proposal development.

- Assist in client engagement and promotional activities.

Cost Control

- Monitor project budgets and forecasts.

- Analyze cost variances and support financial reporting.

- Collaborate with finance and project teams to ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Interest in the energy sector and offshore projects.
