Position Summary:

The Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative drives our recurring revenue. You’re not here to take orders — you’re here to hunt. You’ll prospect, pitch, and close commercial maintenance agreements that lock in long-term clients and keep their systems running.

You’ll own the relationship. You’ll own the numbers. You’ll own your success.

What You’ll Do:

- Prospect and close new maintenance clients in the Greater Philadelphia area

- Expand and upsell existing customer agreements

- Conduct site walks, assess system needs, and build tailored proposals

- Serve as the point person between client and technical team

- Represent CKV with confidence at industry events and job sites

- Track your metrics. Crush your quota. Keep growing.

What You’ll Bring:

- Bachelor’s in business, construction management, engineering, or similar preferred

- Proven B2B sales experience — ideally in HVAC, mechanical service, or construction

- Working knowledge of mechanical systems and service agreements

- Clean driver’s license and full field mobility

- Real confidence, discipline, and obsession with follow-through

- Bonus: HVAC certifications or field experience

Physical Demands:

- Frequent travel to job sites, client offices, and trade events

- Regular use of digital tools, CRMs, and mobile tech

- Occasional lifting (up to 60 lbs) and time on your feet

Working Conditions:

- Indoors and outdoors — from rooftops to boiler rooms

- Tight crawlspaces and heights are part of the job
