Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $18–$22/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Technician. No experience? Good. You’ll learn from the ground up — riding with senior techs, getting dirty in the field, and earning your place by what you do, not what you say.

This isn’t classroom training. You’ll be diagnosing airflow issues, inspecting rooftop equipment in brutal heat and cold, and learning how to keep critical systems running in high-stress environments.

What You’ll Do:* Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on hoods, ductwork, fans, and rooftop systems

What You’ll Bring:* High school diploma or equivalent

Pay & Benefits:* $18–$22/hour starting pay based on effort, not just experience

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

You’ll be climbing ladders onto multi-story rooftops, working in hot attics, freezing basements, on lifts and boom trucks, and lifting 50+ lbs regularly. You’ll get dirty, tired, and tested — every day.
