Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $27–$32/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 2 Commercial HVAC Technician. You've got 2–4 years under your belt, and you're ready to run most calls without needing a lifeline. You’ll handle real-world troubleshooting across hoods, ductwork, fans, curbs, and rooftop ventilation systems — diagnosing airflow problems, electrical issues, and mechanical failures.

We don’t want techs who wait to be told what to do. We want pros who see the problem, move, and solve it.

What You’ll Do:* Run service calls independently, from troubleshooting to clean, documented repairs

What You’ll Bring:* 2–4 years of commercial HVAC or ventilation service experience

Pay & Benefits:* $27–$32/hour depending on experience, skill, and accountability

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

You’ll be lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders onto steep or multi-story roofs, working inside tight crawlspaces, hot attics, wet basements, and on lifts or boom trucks. Expect every kind of weather. Expect every kind of challenge.
