Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $33–$38/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 3 Commercial HVAC Technician — someone who doesn’t just fix problems, but leads the solution. You’ll handle high-priority ventilation service calls, train junior techs in the field, and spot code and safety issues before they blow up.

At this level, you’re expected to move with speed, precision, and confidence — because the customers, the crew, and the jobsite will all be looking to you.

What You’ll Do:* Run complex ventilation service calls with minimal oversight

What You’ll Bring:* 4–6 years of commercial HVAC or ventilation service experience

Pay & Benefits:* $33–$38/hour based on field leadership, technical skill, and output

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

You’ll be lifting 50+ lbs daily, climbing ladders onto multi-story rooftops (sometimes steep pitched), crawling into hot attics and freezing mechanical rooms, working from lifts and boom trucks, and grinding through all weather.
