Location: Norristown, PA (Field-Based Role) | Pay Range: $22–$26/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 1 Commercial HVAC Technician. You’ve got 1–2 years in the trade and a handle on the basics — but you’re ready for more. You’ll help diagnose and repair kitchen hoods, duct systems, fans, and rooftop gear. You’ll get real exposure to troubleshooting airflow issues, electrical problems, and basic mechanical breakdowns.

We’re not looking for techs who just swap parts. We’re looking for people who figure out the real problem — and fix it.

What You’ll Do:* Run basic service calls with support and coaching when needed

What You’ll Bring:* 1–2 years of commercial HVAC or mechanical service experience

Pay & Benefits:* $22–$26/hour based on experience, skillset, and accountability

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

You’ll work in crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, rooftops (including steep pitches), basements, lifts, and boom trucks. Expect to lift 50+ lbs, work in extreme weather, climb ladders, and stay moving all day.
