Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial HVAC/R systems, including:

•

Chillers

•

Boilers

•

Rooftop Units

•

VAV Systems

•

Air Handling Units

•

Controls Systems

Key Responsibilities:

•

Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.

•

Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions.

•

Perform installations and replacements of HVAC/R components.

•

Maintain accurate service records and complete required paperwork.

•

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

•

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

•

Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Qualifications:

•

313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic License

•

G2 Gas Fitter License

•

Valid ODP certification

•

3+ years of experience as a Commercial HVAC/R Service Mechanic.

•

Perform installations of HVAC/R equipment and systems.

•

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings.

•

Analyze, plan, and perform routinely scheduled Preventative Maintenance to HVAC/R equipment and systems.

•

Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.

•

Strong knowledge of refrigeration theory and electrical principles.

•

Experience with various HVAC/R control systems.

•

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

•

Identify any and all deficiencies and recommend resolutions

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•

Capable of conducting heavy physical lifting, frequent prolonged standing/walking, pushing/pulling, or moving/lifting heavy equipment/supplies, and ladder work.
