Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing and Sales Representative to help grow our janitorial and commercial cleaning services. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and creating marketing strategies to promote our brand. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and an understanding of B2B service marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
•Conduct on-site walkthroughs with prospective clients and provide customized cleaning service proposals
•Maintain a pipeline of leads and consistently follow up to close sales
•Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects
•Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness (social media, email, print, etc.)
•Attend networking events, trade shows, or community functions to generate leads
•Track and report sales activities and results using CRM tools or spreadsheets
•Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth service onboarding and client satisfaction
•Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service-based industries
•Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools (digital and traditional)
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
•Experience in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is a plus
•High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
