Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Combo/Hydrovac Operator to join our team in our Stettler or Red Deer Location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. This role is crucial in supporting our operations within the oil and gas industry, particularly with Service Rig, Turn Around/Shut Downs, Operations, Completions and other related tasks. The Operator will work closely with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

•

Operate Combo Vac or HydroVac in a safe and efficient manner.

•

Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

•

Collaborate with team members to plan and execute Confined Space Entry and Cleaning Work

•

Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment on-site.

•

Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

•

Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.

•

Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise during operations.

Skills

•

Proficient in Combo Vac and HydroVac Operations 3-5years Experience.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment.

•

Experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly with Tank and Vessel Cleaning

•

Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting equipment as needed.

•

Ability to work effectively in a team environment while adhering to safety standards.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail during operational tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
