Coiled Tubing Operator

Terminis Downhole Services is a full-service downhole abandonment company providing corporate liability assessments, abandonment programming, project management of client abandonment programs, regulatory submissions and wellsite supervision.

As leaders in coiled tubing abandonments, we have two Coiled Tubing Units which are paired with a Hot Oiler or a 3 x 5 Fluid Pumper and a complete line of Downhole Tools. With our head office in Calgary and field offices in Camrose AB and Fort St. John BC, we have a highly successful track record with a variety of clients and are currently recruiting for an:

Coil Tubing and Hot Oiler/Pressure Pump Operator Positions

This is a field position based out of Camrose, Alberta and will report to the Field Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include:

- Operate, understand and comply with all standard operating policies and procedures while utilizing our equipment. - Complete general maintenance for all coil tubing units, fluid pumpers and field equipment.

· Report to on-call personnel for job deployments and maintenance requirements for the equipment.

· Prepare and accurately submit field service tickets and log books; comply with transportation safety programs and systems.

· Assist with the training and development of team members.

Requirements include:

· Experience in driving, operating and maintaining a coil tubing unit or pressure pump is mandatory.

· Valid Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License would be preferred

· Hold and maintain valid safety tickets – H2S, First Aid, TDG, WHMIS, and ESO or an equivalent. Well Service BOP, Coiled Tubing BOP and apprentice or Journeyman Wellhead boom or picker tickets would be an asset.

· Demonstrated ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment with eagerness and safety at the forefront of your priorities.

* Please note this is a long-term contract role. Candidates can expect a mix of camp / hotel field work as well as day jobs from Terminis’ bases. Compensation will be determined based on experience / skill sets.
