We’re seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our coil tubing crew as Swampers/Labourers. This is a hands-on field position supporting wellsite operations across Alberta and Saskatchewan. We routinely deliver coil tubing services all over Alberta and Saskatchewan, but have completions in Manitoba, the Northwest Territories and British Columbia. We are a ONE-STOP shop for Class I & II services and offer thermal, landing/pulling instrumentation, sleeve shifting, and abandonments complete with cementing and down-hole tools. We prioritize safety, efficiency, and customer service.
- Assist with rig-in and rig-out of coil tubing equipment
- Load/unload tools and materials at job sites
- Support operators with setup, maintenance, and clean-up
- Perform general labour duties in shop and field environments
- Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings
- Travel to remote locations, stay in camps and work extended shifts as required
- Valid and clean Class 5 driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract and ability to pass drug/alcohol screening
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO) are assets but not required before starting
- Previous oilfield experience is an advantage but not required (we are willing to train)
